On June 3rd 2005, Jake took a plane to Key Largo, Florida. He stayed only a night. Ealry the next morning, Jake set off on a journey of epic proportions...

His first long distance solo trip!

Night one. Super 8 is great!

The all natural wind blown look.......

Stopped in Walterboro, North Calrolina to take a look at the Tuskegee Airmen memorial.



Night two: Fancy Gap, Virginia. Right on the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Stayed at the Mountain Top Motel. Nice little place with a lot of character.




Met some very nice guys from down south and we spent the eveving chatting about motorcycles, traveling and just having a good time. Got up real early the next morning and then had to wait an hour for the Mountain Top resturant to open. The food was good, the company was even better. Thanks for making my trip that much more unforgettable guys!
